I come here, which is three times the distance as my local ulta. The staff is so nice and takes the time to help me. I'm visually impaired and have mobility issues and they never make me feel like a nuisance like my local one. They always smile and take the time to help me find things for my sensitive very pale skin. The brow services are fantastic and I highly recommend! Also they take the time to create a skincare routine designed specifically to your type and problem areas and the items selected actually work. If something doesn't work, you can return it no problem and they help find an alternative. They are just a great group of women to be around and definitely worth the drive.

I wish I could give this location zero stars. This place has the rudest employees I’ve ever witnessed working in customer service!!!!! I hate this location and go out of my way to avoid it!!! I honestly believe the staff here are racist and do not like black customers, hence their lack of effort on their part to assist us!!!! I have literally walked into this location on EVERY occasion and HAVE NEVER SO MUCH AS BEEN GREETED PAST THE DOOR WITH A HELLO!!!! And to seriously believe or expect I’m going to receive assistance beyond that is wishful thinking! All the employees working here look like they’re entering a Halloween contest from their make up choices and their attitudes match! They need to issue mandatory training for customer service or fire the entire staff and start over!!!!

Rose at the Royal Oak Ulta was extremely helpful. I expressed to her a problem I had with a product I purchased and she was very understanding. She went above and beyond to accommodate my inconvenience. Rose is an excellent employee and she deserve a raise and recognition for her hard work.

The odor of perfumes knocked me over when I walked in. I have a mild closed injury and ended up with a severe headache. The staff were very sweet and helpful, but I will not return. I will buy online.

Always helpful and friendly staff. I don't go here that often because I can find the same products cheaper elsewhere but it is close to home so when I am in a pinch I stop in.
