The service at this salon is slow, styling is decent, and my young daughter likes how gentle the owner was with her hair when styling her hair. The owner complained the entire time about the length of my daughter's hair (her hair is really thin and the length is mid-way down her back)during the entire time which turned me off. Against my better judgement and the begging from my daughter to do so, I decided to book another appointment for my daughter. The morning of her appointment, the owner called me to inform me that she needed to cancel my daughter's 3:30pm appointment because she has a 6:00pm event that day and didn't think that she would finish the service (wash, blow dry, and flat iron) in time. I'm extremely upset as it'll be difficult to find another stylist during the holiday weekend and cancelling the day of an appointment outside of an emergency is totally unprofessional and inconsiderate. Needless to say, I will NOT return nor do I recommend anyone else to patronize this establishment.
