The workers were very nice. They cared about their braiding and were pleasant to be around. I will definitely be coming back

The staff was really nice and got me in the same day I called . I like my hair but some minor issues with the braids , one of the braids on my edges was way to tight that if you moved just that one braid a little bit you could see my scalp pull and turn white so that should have been corrected before leaving . Also the parting of my hair wasn’t what I asked for . I asked for box braids with diamond parts . I got some triangle parts , some that looked like squares . As a result the braids in the front look like my hair was parted for me to wear the braids in a split . So if I wanted to wear up you can really tell the parts were not done right . I also didn’t like the ends too much . I’m use to have braids where the size is the same from the top to bottom so some of the braid ends were really thin . Overall a good experience not sure if I wasn’t clear enough in what I wanted but I did say I wanted diamond parts with medium sized boxes braids so I’m not sure why I didn’t get that . Overall great customer service and they were fast
