I went to Isa and was very pleased with outcome of my braids, HOWEVER I was very displeased with the Customer Service. I was there for 3 hours and ALL (3)braiders TALKED NON-STOP to one another in their African language, Never once asking us how we felt or not even a bottle of water. Please note that 90% of your customers are sacrificing something to be there PLEASE LET US KNOW YOU APPRECIATE OUR SERVICE. THANK YOU.

Isa is such a talented braider! She's very professional, friendly, and does an excellent job. She did my hair for my wedding and me and my husband loved it. Definitely the place to go for hair braiding, and latch hook. I'm hooked!

I have used Isa on two different occasions and was veery pleased with the completed product. I contacted her a third time and made an appointment. In addition I also sent a picture of the style that I wanted and we agreed on a price. On the date and time set for the appointment, and she is not there--first problem. There are two stylists available, which was fine, as they said they wereally able to do the style I wanted. I provided them the picture and showed them the messages and informed them of the price that was agreed upon and they said no. I contacted Isa directly and informed her of the problem, for her to tell me that the price originally agreed upon was a misunderstanding and they could not do it. She acknowledged that we did previously agree on a price for the style I sent, however would not honor what she originally agreed to do. Needless to say, I left, will not return and will not refer anyone to her due to her poor customer service.

I was told to be there at 10 they arrived at 10:45 when I finally get in the chair I had to wait another 15 minutes then I had one person working on my hair. I asked for Ty zillions I want them medium they put these huge squares in my head it looks awful. The girl did not know how to arrange the braids so that they wouldn't look so spaced out all over my head, any other African braiding facility knows how to do this, she braid it way past my hair when my hair is short, anything past my hair was supposed to be left loose it looks a hot mess I left because I did not feel like dealing with them anymore I figure I will just go back to my original location even though it was further away II I came to this location because it was closer to my house but I would rather use my gas to go further away then to go to this spot ever again just because it's closer.
