I had a appointment with Susan at 10am I told her I was not comfortable with someone else doing my hair . When I got there she was not there her sister was saying she's going to get started on my hair until Susan come Susan got there 1hr later and then started on someone else's hair then put another lady along with her rude sister to do my hair. I went in for moving and have sooo many space 's in my hair it don't look full at all. Her sister dropped the clap and continue to use it oh no so needless to say I want refer any one or be back myself. Go at your own risk I am very unhappy.

1st...SUSAN gives everyone a different price...2nd... don't know how to post a pic to put on here to show YES my braids look beautiful from the front...But the back is awful. 3rd...I asked for the back to be wavy, she must have dipped it in luke warm water because it's not wavy but coming UNRAVELED. 4th...I went back the next day and showed her and she had the nerve to get an attitude. I asked her why did she do that and she started talking to the other braiders in her language that I couldn't understand...I thought she was fixing it, but it's still UNRAVELING. I won't be going back and you shouldn't go either THE END!!!

it was the longest I've ever had to wait to get braids. My appointment was at 8am, the shop wasn't open when i arrived. Had to wait about 15 minutes before Susan arrived. She didn't start on my head until about 8:45, then it took two different people on which the second lady was older so she didn't braid as fast as Susan. Needless to say i didn't get out of there until almost 7pm, just for individual braids that normally take 4 hours with 2 people!!!!

Most definitely would rate this place a Zero, I would never step foot in this place again. The Lady that was doing my hair was pulling way too tight and I told her and she didn't listen, she ended up pulling my hair out in the front leaving me with a bald spot then still tried charging me full price afterwards. Plus the shop was filthy and smelled!

The place is dirty. The staff members bring their kids to work. Very unfriendly and poor customer service. If u go bring your own comb , hair clip scissors etc. They NEVER was their hair utensils. The stylist used a comb to scratch her head and proceeded to use the comb on my head. .
