Worst place to visit! Mannerless people. These guys didn't know what they were doing with my hair. I chose a style from the catalogue and the lady messed everything. They don't even know how to blend hair layers. Very unsatisfied. I will never visit this place again.

Went in today with a picture of a bob cut style I wanted. I knew I was getting a lot of hair cut off but I was okay with it because supposedly the front was going to be long .. but nope the " stylist " cut my hair SO short in the front and layered it!! I'm so frustrated with the way my hair looks and have cried out of frustration .. hate it !!

I have been going to this location and the old Fridley location for 10 years. The barber, Sparks who works there right now is the best. I highly recommend.

Really just not a good haircut. The hairdresser tried her best to fix it but it just seemed like the hairdresser has not been trained to fade and blend one length into another. Male, military cut. It was just disappointing and I felt really bad because she tried and was kind.

I never write reviews but feel it is absolutely necessary to write one about my experience today. I have never encountered such rude women in my life. I have worked in the beauty industry for 8 years and the only way you get someone in that chair is CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wasn't greeted when I walked in, even after I said hello all I got was a "What's your number?". It seemed as if it was the biggest inconvenience that the stylist had to get out of the chair and off her phone to help me. I walked out. My boyfriend had gotten his hair cut here a few times and the last time he went he had mentioned to me how terrible the customer service was and I thought he was being dramatic. Clearly he wasn't. I will never set foot in this salon again and will make sure nobody in my circle or family goes here either.
