As far as this location goes the only good thing about it seems to be the saleslady Quinn. She is nice, friendly, and definitely seems to give a bit more than she receives as customer rep/salesperson. The store seems to have low to no stock in big name brands, and also seems to be low on employees. I remember very recently when none of this was the case.

They deserve a zero. We walk around the store twice and no one offered to help. We had to stalk down one of the employee to get some sort of help. Not only does it look dead, this store does not stock on anything. So if you're suppose to get a free gift good luck because they don't have none. Bring your business elsewhere, Sephora in the mall has at least better coverage and items a few dollars cheaper.

It takes forever for anyone to come assist you, even longer to wait in line to over pay for your cosmetics. Also the majority of these people have absolutely no idea how to help you with the what you're concerned with trying to fix. Or how to properly apply makeup, what type of make-up best suites your skin condition. I've been in here SEVERAL times, and when I finally got help from someone they hardly knew what to sell me, just something I assume they were trying to get rid of. And rushing me to the register to move on to the next victim they'd screw out of time and money. And every single time I've waited in line to purchase their over priced make up, whether there is one person ahead of me or 3, I've waited AT LEAST 15 minutes. Coincidence? Probably not, a bunch of over priced minis just sitting by the registers just waiting to be thrown in your bag to buy! Thanks for making it much easier to give my business to Sephora! Looks like from a ton of other reviews, others are doing the same. Maybe take a hint and read the reviews and make some changes. Probably too complicated for this place to do!

I’ve come into this location a handful of times to pick things up for my girl friend, every time I expect great service and am disappointed every time. No one is willing to help at all, like come on I’m a guy buying stuff from a text message I need help( oh and by the way you could sell me on add-ons because idk what anything is) no this last experience was a little eye opening not only did it take me an hour to find what I was looking for, no one helped me, the line was ridiculous but the STORE MANAGER decided to argue with me about an online coupon. ULTA you have officially lost my platinum level business, so thank you store manager at Roseville ulta for giving the opportunity to discover Sephora
