First time there. Got a 90 minute massage. She was great. Really listened to what I wanted. Gave me a discount because there was a work party going on in the nail salon and it was randomly LOUD! I don't request it she just said immediately after the massage how sorry she was about it and that she was discounting my massage. I was impressed. I'll go back for sure. Would be 5 stars except for the noise

Kelsey is a magician! She was so fun to talk to and she understood my hair better than anyone else before! I was greeted with a beverage, a hot towel and lotion for my hands, and comfy seats to wait in. I’m not letting anyone else touch my hair (besides my husband;)).

I always come here for a hair touch up, cut or trim, eye brow waxing or something with a new hair color and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Well recommended in my saying. It may be a little pricey, but the girls there do an amazing job after it all! And it's a worth to go for men and women. I always see Janice or Paige, The two ladies are absolutely amazing and Paige always knows what to do with your hair and how to style it so beautifully! She always gives a lot of details and stuff that she recommends for you. Very polite staff and workers! Been coming to Kai for almost 4 years or 3 years now and I've never been let down with any after appointments. And also the music is very calming and relaxing to where you feel right at home. Plenty of drinks and snacks to have while you are getting your hair done which is amazing cause not a lot of salons have that. But it's very recommended!

Not to crazy about the decor, but Tammy does a great haircut. Everyone gets a hot towel, lotion, and something to drink while waiting. Then a neck and head massage before the shampoo which is another massage. Wonderful.

Friendly staff. Clean and nicely decorated waiting area. Used a spa finder gift card for a great massage and reflexology. Massage room was relaxing, soft music. Perfectly dimmed lights. The table was extra soft and perfectly warmed. Gillian is a great massage therapist. She gave me by far the best massage I have ever received. Can't wait to go back!
