So I had called a week prior to schedule my appointment. My appointment was for 9:30am mind you she didn't get started on my hair until 10:30 because she had a client before me. Mind you i don't mind if your running late but come on an hour. Then I informed her that i wanted my hair mixed in with 27 this is how I alway get my hair and i wanted it curls at the end. I even showed her a picture of how I got it down in the past and that how i wanted it then she tried to tell me that they only added the 27 to the top. I informed her they did not and that it was mixed in throughout my hair, yes they added more of the black at the bottom but you could tell that it was also mixed in very well with the black. Well when she was done there was no mixed in her at all she did the black and middle part all black and then did the front part blond. I was very upset because I made it clear how i wanted my hair done which was mixed on top of that the curls she did only lasted like a day and went straight. I don't usually right review as, but I was not happy at all with the service she provided and how she just decided to do what she wanted to do with my hair after i explained how I wanted it down. I will agree with everyone else her place isn't the cleanest and i didn't like that she was eating and doing my hair at the same time. I feel like you should schedule yourself accordingly to give yourself a break within your appointments and even then you should wash your hands before returning to work.

First expressions are everything and I must day I am impressed. I got micros and it was quick, neat, and painless! Definitely will be going to see her again

Before beginning on my head I simply told her how I wanted my hair (small & long) Senegalese twist. She told me $180. That was fine. When my head was finished one side in the front was fuller than the other. Then she tried to lie to me about my own hair saying it was thinner on that side. Clearly I wasn't going for her lies. So I told her to fix it or give me $10 back. She decided to give me $20 dollars back which was totally fine with me. And not to mention my braids didn't feel full like they should have. When I got home I had my sister take pictures to show me the middle. My hair isn't full how Senegalese twist are supposed to be because she started the ones off in the back with a good small size then made them way bigger in the middle. Mind you I told her from the beginning how I wanted them. I will be giving her a call tomorrow to discuss this bcuz this is ridiculous. Will not be returning nor recommending this place to no one.
