Went to Roosters for the first time after many years of fearfully avoiding haircuts. The staff were phenomenal and excellently put my nerves at ease. I made the decision to cut my hair short which wasn't easy but Crystal did an amazing job. She definitely found a repeat client and I recommend her to anyone. If you are looking for a good place to get a haircut this is definitely the spot. Thank you to the staff and to Crystal especially for turning a scary situation into a pleasant experience.

I was expecting great things based on the services listed on the website, the decor & ambiance, and other reviews. I was very disappointed with the end result. I feel like I paid $50 for a cut and beard trim I could just do myself. The person who cut my hair seemed tired & disinterested. They weren’t ready at the time my appointment was suppose to start. Based on the feel and look of my neckline and texture of my hair, I don’t feel like I worked with a professional. They did the bare minimum and they didn’t even do that well. First and last time going there.

I was looking for a new stylist after moving to Minneapolis when I ran across a review recommending Bri here. I've never had so many compliments on my hair than I've got with Bri's haircuts. She's the absolute best!

Fantastic place: parking was easy, atmosphere was chill, service was fantastic, all around great vibe. I took my 15 year old to see Laney and she did an AMAZING job. This is by far the BEST haircut he has EVER had. We will be back.

I had a haircut with cassie and it is the absolute worst cut I've ever received. I asked her to do a few specific things and she did the absolute opposite and cut off way too much hair. Plus she was talking about her political ideals the entire time and I just don't care. I will not be returning.
