The woman at this place has best costumer!!!! Tiffany and manger the greatest ask for them. So nice sweet woman ever

The stylist gave me the cut she thought I should have rather than what I asked for. I asked for 1/4 inch off in the back as I have been trying to grow my hair longer and 1 inch was taken off. Not only that but the back was somewhat layered-didn't ask for that nor is that what you want when you are growing out to one length. I had to push to get her to thin my hair enough. It was done to my satisfaction after the manager came over and did it. Never had that problem before. Felt like I had to argue for what I wanted and then still didn't get the cut I came in for. I will not be back.

I really liked the way my hair turned out. My hair stylist was very nice. First time here and I will definitely go back.

This location isn't where I've always historically gone but I've always had good luck with Fantastic Sams. This was the easiest one for me to get to on the bus that day, and I did have very prompt and good service.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR COLORING. Staff is very friendly; however, the services are horrible. I went here to get my hair dyed for the very first time, and the result looked NOTHING like the picture I brought in. I went back in the next day and talked to the manager about it, and she let me come back in to get it redone. Normally this would be great, but the second time was even worse. I wanted an ashy-blonde balayage, and I wound up with bleach blonde hair that is not blended very well. Trying to find another salon to fix their mistakes. Terrible.
