I use Great Clips a lot, usually at the Uptown location, but sometimes this location works when I am running errands.
Generally, I have decently average to even great hair cuts from GC.
This location in particular seems to have some of the worst turnover because I have a different person whenever I go.
It was not until today's visit have I had a stylist that was horrible. I don't know her name, she never said, "Hi my name is..." just merely said, "what do you want done?".
I go enough to know they can print out my history and notes, even including what product I use, she didn't do that.
She didn't say but a couple things, never smiled and at the end just said, "is that ok with you?"
I get it, people can have bad days. I work in the service industry and understand, it is sometimes just a hard day to put on a happy face. But it was clear she just didn't care about her job or work just from judging her work station. It was dirty, not organized and didn't even have her state license posted (not sure if it is required, but was just the first time I have noticed that with a stylist).
Again, I don't know her name and I am kicking myself for not keeping the receipt to get that. She is an older Caucasian woman, short dark hair and about 5'5".
Like I said at the beginning of this, I have had some good haircuts at this location, but this stylist in particular was my worst experience ever.
