I had went a in a couple weeks ago to get blond highlights. Long sorry short I was not happy about it. I give them an opportunity to fix it and I couldn’t be more happy! Chrissy did a great job each time I went to get me to the color I wanted. So, I thank her for taking the time to fix the issue and make me happy. Much appreciated

I had a great experience at Ulta Eagan location. I met with Leigh for a haircut. She was very personable and friendly. It felt like I was talking to a friend the entire time. Her skills were great and took the time to ensure I was satisfied with my haircut. I will definitely return fro her services.

I went in for a haircut with Chrissy yesterday and she did amazing! I desperately needed my hair thinned out and she took enough off to make a wig. My head now feels 10 pounds lighter and I didn't have to break the bank to get a decent haircut. I definitely recommend!

Honestly, this is partly my fault for not having the guts to voice my opinion during my visit. I mostly didn’t because I had somewhere to be after my appointment, and I just wanted out. I got my hair and makeup done, but honestly I was a bit disappointed. I feel bad because the girl that did my hair and makeup was so nice, but I think this establishment should be more transparent with their skills. I came in with a picture of big loose waves (I figured this would either be done with a big brush and a hair dryer, or curlers.) A straightener was used, which is fine, but my hair was still so frizzy all over and honestly more could have been done to prevent that. I could’ve done the job myself, but again that’s my fault for not voicing my opinion more. That really is one of my regrets. By the time she was done with my makeup, the curls had gone flat and I just ended up running my straightener through it all when I got home to just get rid of the kinky, frizzy hair. The eye makeup was okay so i won’t talk much about that, but even though I said I wanted medium coverage, it didn’t seem like I had any foundation on, and even though contour is extra, hardly any of it was put on me. It kind of just liked my skin was dirty on some spots :/ Again, this is my fault as well because I chose to drive away, unhappy with my look, but I wish they would’ve been more aware of what they were sending me away with as well. I think I can just take this as a lesson to not spend money on things like this in the future. Overall, I am so sad that I spent so much money when I had to get rid of half the look, and fix the rest. Keep practicing your skills! Besides that, my person was very sweet and I appreciate her working on Fourth of July.

I am from the saint cloud area and have not been very lucky with great staff at my local Ulta Beauty, this was not the case in Eagen. I suffer with facial acne which I am very self concious about. I was touched by the sweetest lady working (I forgot her name now, she was blonde and petite and said she also struggled with acne). I felt very respected taken care of. She sat me down, asked a little about my skin, she made sure she wasnt hurting my acne (asked if it was tender multiple times) carefully applied the foundation she helped me match. She used clean brushes and gave me tips on skin care. I didnt feel judged and the expierence almost brought me to tears. It's the little things. Thank you Ulta Beauty in Eagen MN, you are great! The cashier also honored a coupon for me and offered me two free samples. Very good and will be back ☺
