I came in needing a hair cut and a coloring that would require very little upkeep due to my busy schedule. We decided that the balayage technique and was given a final price for services including doing a balayage. The first stylist made me a bit nervous as she was continuously needing to help from another stylist as to what she should doing to my hair. She toned the bottom of my hair and then dyed the top of my hair and then the bottom of my hair. When she finally rinsed out my dye, my roots were lighter than rest of my hair and there was no blending of the 2 colors what so ever. During this process she kept talking about how she was going to squeeze her cousin in at the some point that day to do her hair. At this point I was passed off to the other stylist who was going to fix my roots so my first stylist could do her cousin's hair. After she re dyed my roots, she then decided she was going to dye the bottom of my hair a different color. This final look is a bit better but is definitely no where near a balayage style and took over 5 hours.
