I went in to have my hair dyed from black to Carmel which can be a nightmare. Kourtney was my stylist and she did an amazing job on my hair! I love it!

This place does not deserve one star. They sold me a defective bottle of perfume And they will not replace or give me a credit for it. Don't waste your time or money at a business that does not back their product. This was the final answer coming from the manager Kelly.

Not one employee would help me. Your store was empty with a bunch of employees just standing around in the back. I walked up and down every aisle looking for an item I needed. Two employees walked right by me and didn’t stop. I even tried to speak to one who just walked away from me. I’m sticking with Sephora.

Pretty pissed off about my recent order online. Not only did I NEVER receive my package, but all they were able to do was send me a gift card for their store. I don't want a gift card, I want the things that I bought that were 50% off. I don't want to order again because I'm worried I won't get my package!!! Why advertise an "amazing" sale if you can't follow through? Will NEVER be ordering from this crappy website ever again!

Worst place to get hair done. The girls there are very immature and unprofessional, screwed up my hair a few times and I will never go back to this one. My suggestion is don't waste your time and money at this location.
