My boyfriend and I went to this location and the experience was awful! When we walked in we were greeted immediately and checked in. My boyfriend was taken back right away. There were 5 people working there and only 2 people were out on the floor. I sat there for probably 8 minutes before one of the ladies decided to get off her phone and call me to her chair.I had my hair thinned out and the lady doing my hair was so rough she was ripping handfuls of hair out of my head while combing it. I do have thick hair but I have never had anyone just rip handfuls of hair out. It is now the next day and my scalp is still hurting really bad. When I sat down in the chair I told the lady I needed my hair thinned out and bangs trimmed and asked if she could take a flat iron to my hair. When I asked she just stood there and laughed at me and said “hunny we aren’t a beauty parlor”. She didn’t even blow dry my hair when finished. So I had to go back out in to the cold with wet hair. My boyfriend on the other hand had his hair faded and the lines are so uneven. These people should not be cutting hair and working with the public! I work retail and know how you should treat customers. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. I highly recommend that you do NOT go to this location.

Worse place ever!!! Cusomter service was horrible and the hair stylist was RUDE, she was giving me attitude while I was talking to her politely! She state that she been working for 22 years but she gave me the worse hair cut ever!! I literately want to cry. I ask her to give me a fade with a feminine look because atm my hair is current short like a male. It does not look feminine at all and it look harsh like a dude. while she was cutting my hair, I move a bit because I want to see if I like the fade. She did not give me a second but say that " IF I MOVE LIKE THAT AGAIN SHE GONNA TURN THE CHAIR AROUND SO I AINT GONNA SEE THE MIRROR'. That rude hairstylist did not receive any tip from me. I have a wedding in two days and my hair is ruin!! The Employees are ghetto, not friendly, have an attitude and etc. Best advice is to go to a different GREAT CLIP or a Decent SALON. I did not feel appreciate and welcome. The hairstylist that did my hair NEEDS TO BE FIRE!! The owner will be hearing from me soon! I do not recommend anyone to come to this place!!!!

Virgie was recommended to me several months ago and she has cut my hair at least 3 times. She asks what I want and don't want, she offers suggestions, and I always get a great cut which lasts a long time if I can't get back to her for a while. I have a pixie shag-type cut and I have never been disappointed!

zero stars if i could i asked for just the sides and the back to be cut and she even repeated it and then she started cutting my hair at the top i reminded her to cut just the sides and the back and she said she was just thinning it and proceeds to cut 3 INCHES OFF MY HAIR while she was cutting my hair she was pulling it and she even left a scar on my ear and i practically have a buzz cut now
