Wow. Such mediocre service for a non-mediocre price. Yikes! Definitely will not go back. First time there, I waited for 20 min before the receptionist acknowledged me (I approached her), and my stylist was a few feet away from where I'd been sitting. In the chair, she grilled me with questions when I was clearly not in the mood. Cut was super quick and not that great (when I got home my bangs were crooked), and way more than the price I understood it would be. She insisted on calling me the next day to see how things were; never happened. Also had the nerve to ask me when I wanted to come in next. I'm new to Missouri and hate to tell you Megan, your business would not go in Seattle. Still looking for a stylist....

I went there for years, and I just went for my last time. I asked for chunky highlights and got blended. I asked for a partial and she gave me a full. My mom was quoted 70-80$ and I was charged 130$. It seems as though my stylist changed the plan so she could make more money from my visit that day. When I contacted the stylist about my displeasure with the highlights she told me this is what I asked for, when it was not at all what I asked for. I told her I would give it a week or so and she never followed up. I do think there are stylists there with more comitment to customer service, but my stylist was not one of them. I would say pick your stylist with care if you go here.

Jackie was great! She is very creative...I didn't really have a specific cut or style in mind for my last minute appointment...So, I basically left it all up to her & I love it! Oh, yes...I also had a Powercell Repair Treatment to smooth my damaged & frizzy thin hair & it did its job...Highly recommended.

I have been going to Innovations for 8 years, and have always had a wonderful experience. They are professional, talented, and caring people. I highly recommend Innovations to anyone who wants to find "their stylist" that they can go to for many years. Thank you Taylor for all of your great work and good times, and hilarious conversations!
