I've been going here for years and always have a positive experience. I use online check in and the wait typically isn't long depending on which day and time you go. I think they do a great job at an affordable price!!!

Was great... It was cheaper than any other private hair salons in Kansas City area. If you have black hair, you have to explain detail as you can.

Terrible service, I was told to wait 1 hour and when I return 1 hour later, I am removed off the waiting list and am told to wait 2 more hours. Just to get a simple haircut. I have been coming here for years and this horrible experience needed to be shared.
