I’ve been going here for over a year, I love my extensions and they take great care of me! All the girls are awesome! I’ve had make up done several times as well, this last time Riley did it and it came out amazing. I highly recommend this place!!!!

I went here and had my makeup and hair done for my wedding day and it was by far the best experience! My bridal party also had hair and makeup done. All of the stylist were so sweet and made the day so much better! We were all so obsessed with our hair and makeup! They help everything run so smoothly! I definitely will be using them again for formal events and family pictures!

I wanted to share my experience from August 5th not because I didn't like my stylist. I rated her a 7/10, but due to the poor customer service skills from management . I booked an appointment with Brook on 8/5 (original review posted below) and rated her skills a 7/10. I called again this morning to book again with her and received a call from the salon manager. The manager asked why would I book again with the same stylist that I gave such a horrible review. (Very hostile tone) I explained that the blow dry was great but in my opinion she was inexperienced in doing ethnic hair. I further stated that the issue I had was with her treatment of the hairs framing my face or edges. Although she used a flat iron they were not strait. I also went into detail as many blow bars in this area are not experienced in this type of hair, to which she agreed. I am from the east coast where I go to blow bars on the regular and have not experienced this lack of experience in various hair textures. The manager's rude, abrasive, confrontation tone let me know this place lacks more than experience with textures but customer service as well. Original review below...Thank you The up charge for for hot tool (waived) would not be needed if the stylist was trained to work on all hair types. I am mixed and have fine curly hair and the hot tool was needed to go over my edges. The stylist was not familiar with this type of hair, as I still had to do my roots and edges at home with a flat iron. My suggestion is to have more training on ethnic hair and how to blow dry so a hot tool is not needed.

I made an appointment for an eyelash application appointment and it was horrible. She used black glue and put the lash in the middle of my eyelid. So it looked like I had horrible thick black eyeliner on. I had her remove the eyelash and try again but she was not able to do it. I thought I was going to a professional but honestly I put them on better myself. I'm upset I wasted 40 minutes driving and waiting there for her to do this to come home and to reapply it myself. When I told the manager what happened and showed her how she put these eyelashes to the middle of my eyelid she just stood there and asked me to pay. She could see how upset I was so she gave me my card back and just stood there. I will not be going back to this place.
