I found this salon on a whim after a year of having super boring hair. I was ready for a change, and I am SO glad I chose The Glossary. My first impression of the atmosphere was very positive -- the salon has a very open layout, and the decor and color scheme was clean and modern. I was immediately greeted with a smile and offered a drink while I waited, which was super convenient. My wait time was very reasonable. I had booked with Hannah, and I was so impressed with her enthusiasm, charisma, and vision for what I had asked to be done for my hair. I felt super at ease with her behind the chair, and when we were done she made 100% sure I was satisfied. I have not walked away feeling so confident in my appearance in a very long time! I will absolutely recommend Hannah and the rest of The Glossary salon to my friends.

I had never been to glossary before today. I made a very last minute appointment because my regular stylist cancelled last minute. They got me an appointment and were very polite on the phone. I got a call later to move my appointment time back a half hour. Not a problem with me considering I made such a last minute appointment in the first place. Once I got there I waited a bit (like usual in my experience with any salon) and when it was my turn, the lady (now I forget her name, I'm sorry!) was very nice and apologized for my wait and was very eager to help me achieve my new look. Now, usually I want choppy layers and very blunt cuts. This is normally perfect to do on girls with thick hair. My hair? Not thick. I asked her to do the near impossible. Usually I get told I can't do that, or it won't look like that, or your hair is too thin for that. She did it anyway telling me she will try to achieve a similar look. I was happy to hear that for once. We had great conversation while she worked and we looked back and forth at my picture I brought with me. We managed to accomplish something that is in fact very close to the picture I brought. I am the happiest I've been walking out of a salon after asking for the near impossible. So thank you for not only getting me in last minute, but also accomplishing exactly what I wanted. I know her name started with an L. I wish I was better with names. But she's great. Very talented.

Hannah is wonderful!!! She took the time to understand what I wanted and I walked away with the best haircut I've ever had. I will definitely be back :)

I love it! Hannah did my hair and it was amazing and she's very patient with me. If you want Balayage partial or full and you have long hair, just make sure you don't have anything else plan that day. She will make sure she will get most of your hair! :)
