When you can get it, it's OK. Not great, but not the worst either. Recently they've added a "feature" that allows you to check in online. While on the surface this might seem like a great idea what it does in reality is it causes walk-ins to leave. For example today, I was told it would be a 90 minute wait due to online check-ins. OK, so you're going to tell business that just walked in the door that they have to wait due to an online check in that may or may not show up at all??? It's obviously a corporate decision and in my opinion, it's dumb. People come to this kind of establishment because they can walk in, get a haircut and leave satisfied within 20 minutes. If you start making this a place that requires an appointment (checking in online) then you're going to lose business because there are a lot better salons out there that require appointments that also offer a lot better service for your money. I'm going to be searching for a better salon. Oh, right, and they raised their prices by a dollar as well.
