This is where I've been getting my hair cut for the last 11 years. I miss Jessica and Amanda cutting my hair, but they always seem to have someone new step up to do a good job. Very friendly place with great service.

I’m very surprised by how well rated this location is, but after looking thru a few they’re all very basic cookie cutter reviews. Personally I would rate this location at a 2-Star, if you’ve never been to a Sports Clips in the past - I would still recommend it for the experience, but be ready to spend over $25. The Steak and potatoes lunch I made for my wife today and fruits from Price Chopper, combined it all cost me less than this haircut. I walked in to Sports Clips because I’ve only been twice and this was my 2nd time, at this location too. Today is a very special day for my wife and I, so I wanted to get a haircut — decided to see what level sports clips could push my hair game and I betrayed my sweet local hairstylist, who normally charges me $12-15. The female-stylist from my previous visit exactly a year ago, ironically on this same day —- was still working there. Unfriendly and indifferent as I remember her, long day maybe? I signed in and decided to wait out the 30min wait. Quite a few kids today. At some point I asked to use the restroom from a stylist at the help desk and she seemed sluggishly uninterested, initially apprehensive like I was going to ask something I shouldn’t. Strange, 2 different people already. Then finally they received me to get my haircut, the female let me know that because I hadn’t been to sports clips in over a year they didn’t have any information on my hair preferences. So I said it’s okay and explained what I wanted, simple short haircut. Sports clips advertises their pampering services for the more sophisticated individual who deserves nothing but the best, like a warm towel on their face, a hair wash in nice charcoal shampoo with a deliberate somewhat soft towel to dry up that hair! Sadly that’s not me, I just wanted a haircut and maybe good customer service. The entire haircut experience I attempted to ease the quiet awkward silence with my hair stylist, bringing up general topics but she didn’t seem interested at all — didn’t offer any tips on how she felt my hair should look or how to care for it. She just wanted to cut and get on to the next one it seemed, which is fine, it’s her job right? However, she works a profession that requires customer service and she provides a service that adds tips. I would of assumed she at least would try to earn a tip but I guess the colored hair, over-caked makeup and yoga pants usually does it at this location. For human decency purposes I still tipped her $7, so it came out to around $28, but for that experience it simply was not worth it — there is very little return value at this location. I didn’t feel like they wanted my business or at least pretend they did for sake of tips. The quality of the haircut? Honestly.. it was pretty basic. There was nothing about the haircut that made it stick out or made it seemed like it received any extra love from Sports Clip. In fact I left feeling guilty. For that price, I could of given my local hair stylist a fat tip for conversation and haircut with more substance in a shorter amount of time. Sadly this location is just a Sports Clip hype, if you’re looking for a good haircut I wouldn’t expect much. If you’re looking to watch the Olympics during a 30min wait window, I strongly recommend it! They do have a nice TV and watching the olympics at this location was the only highlight of my visit. 🤠

Great environment the employees always come off friendly and welcoming. Liz does an awesome job. Liz has excellent customer service. Treats you with respect and doesn’t treat you as a number or metric. Liz listens and provides great expertise when asked about products or styles.

I go and see Brittany all the time sometimes twice a month. always get top notch stellar experience from her the staff is friendly as well. i enjoy their line of the tea tree products. 5 stars is not enough for this place.
