Was told I was second in line, then told two other appointments were in front of me, plus one other person. Either the hair stylist is using cocktail napkin math or was not very good at retaining customers. She definitely did not retain me.

Worse customer service you can ever have in a shop. Stands in front of door waiting to check in, three ladies joking and nobody even says Hi for 5 minuets

This Fantastic Sams is located inside the Warson Woods Dierbergs. It's a walk-in place, but you can make an appointment for the same day or the next day. There are plenty of ways to save money. I'm constantly getting coupons in the mail, and I've even used coupons from their website. The staff is pretty friendly here. One of my favorite stylists is Robert. He's fun, and he's good at collaborating with me to give me the style I want. Lauren is also very good. :)
