I have carried a picture of what I wanted my hair cut to look like for years and I finally got it from Rachel at the Manchester location. I think that because the past stylists saw that the cut I wanted involved lots of layers and lots of time so I think that maybe this was possibly the reasonr why I had carried that picture tfor so many years. And then I found Rachel. I started calling around different Ssalons and when I spoked to her she was so professional and so accommodate that I knew I with 1 call I had found my girl. She gave me the m y cut and also told me about alleged the promotions.I have been in retail wayesalesofojr 30 years and I would hire her in a minute! She did a such a great job that I finally thew away the picture !
