Not very happy but not horrible. The hairstylist, Kathy, was not very friendly. The layers of the cut was cute however, she was more concerned of her 'artistic' view than what I wanted. When I questioned her about the length she said, "You wanted the same hair cut ( which I did say, but a lot shorter which I did tell her) and I was following the "sheet" She told me my hair would stick out, if she cut over my ears. I had to go back in because I need my hair cut short for my job. I paid w a 20.00 and regret letting her keep the five for a tip. I will not return to this location.

No real complaints. Waited about 20-25 min but it just happened there were a few patrons there when I arrived. Im very happy with the cut, style and price.

Horrible. I brought in a picture of the cut I wanted. And I have no idea what I left with.....tons and tons of layers. I cried all night last and again this morning when I woke up. I didn’t say anything, I figured what’s the point, you can clearly see the haircut that I want by the picture it was s pic of Linda Evans with her just plain NO layer hair cut and wispy bangs. I wish I would have stopped the cut and walked out, it is that bad. I had to get up 2 hours early just to try to style it and it won’t do anything. I will be a laughing stock until this grows out. Googled how to style such a cut and my right is noticeably longer than the left and it’s too damned short to get a new cut to fix it unless I get it spiked. Never going back, so upset. My dog had surgery and had to be shaved, my vet did a better cut on my dog than I got last night. I have no idea how long it will take for this fiasco to grow out. Trying to do my make up with this horrible hair. Never again.
