Michelle was absolutely wonderful to work with. Very knowledgeable, understanding, and overall just a great hair stylist. I would recommend her to anyone! She absolutely knows how to manage a salon. Thank you Michelle for everything!

Only asked by one employee if i needed help, no organization at the register. Nobody to help ring out. One employee was walking around not on the clock, early for her shift. Items were hard to find. Only decent things about the place is that they sell MAC and their clearance was decent. Not a fan of this place at all.

I came in with a question about 2x points days and the girl at the register immediately insisted she could not help me in store as she sat on the back counter, while I’m at the register. She was not interested in helping me at all. If you don’t want to work with customers or even have an issue with assisting women of color why work here ? The manager was able to get my issue resolved .
