Super bummed with my haircut, as always. I've never really been satisfied with my haircut from here... but it's been a long time since I've been to this particular one so I thought I'd give it another chance and I shouldn't have. I asked for a bob cut with layers. They took no length off the back and didn't add any layers it looks like. Didn't show me the back like they used to do all the time so I could approve or not or ask if it looked fine. I got home and tried to mess with it a little and realized I walked out looking the exact same as I did when I walked in. Seriously a waste of my money and I don't have more money to spend to get it fixed, so thanks for that Columbia Great Clips :( I'm stuck with this for a while it looks like. I'm seriously so disappointed and upset.

Messes up my hair no matter who does it here. Really bad at leaving parts uncut or off, unlevel.

On-line check-in is a time saver. Always a friendly greeting and less than twenty minutes later I am walking out with a great haircut each and every time.
