Went in yesterday showed stylist the cut I wanted and it isn't anything like picture and I asked her to thin its still thick. Alot shorter than picture of style I wanted. Going back up there today. Can't even get my hair to do anything. Makes me so mad was hesitant about going to this location in the first place because I have never been to this location. Very unhappy. Ready to get this fixed. This hair style is really depressing anyone would be very mad. So bad I don't even feel comfortable being in public.

Meghan did a phenomenal job with my cut. She was familiar with my style, found a balance between my preference and her professional opinion, and was incredibly personable on top of that. Zero wait to get in a chair, out quickly, everything you want in a haircut.
