Mishana Williams

Writing today to share about a specific hairdresser at Cache.Her name is Mishana. I am a LMFT in the State of Nevada.I have been seeing Mishana for over three years. She has been cutting my hair and color.I have thin hair now with eek the aging process. My hair has always been blonde as a tot and teens.Turning brown over time with casts of orange.Not pretty!Mishana does an excellent job of continuing the highlights which I have done for many years now.She is the best in the business.She could work in a fancy salon in New York.Madison Avenue.A classy lady.One of a kind.

Went to the HairFixLV to get a trim/wash/flat ironed style I loved it once she was finished well a month later I washed my hair & man I have so much heat damaged after 6 years of being natural all down the drain I am so bummed :(

Sonia is awesome, she spent a whole hour perfecting my haircut. It came out much better than in the photo I showed her. I am really pleased with the outcome and I will come back every month! Excellent service!

5-star rating, solely for Kathy. The establishment itself is a solid 3-stars, but Kathy is the best hair stylist I've seen. I wouldn't go to anyone but her.

Two weeks ago I bought a coupon for a 60 minute deep pore cleansing facial by Delma. After buying the coupon I immediately called to sign up for the procedure, but no one picked up the phone for 2 days, I left voice messages to be called back. I found Delma's facebook and sent her a message there, she never answered. 2 days later she finally called me back to say she doesn't have any time for me at all! After talking for a long time she finally gave me a spot 1 and a half weeks out. This was a very inconvenient time for me, and I had to reschedule other previously scheduled commitments. On the day that we were supposed to meet, she called me 1 hour before the appointment and told me to come 1 hour after the negotiated time! Feeling very frustrated, I agreed. However when I arrived, she was not in the office!! I called her and of course she did not answer! A while later she sent a message that she would finally be there in 10 minutes. I waited the 10 minutes which turned into a full hour and a half, I continued contacting her every several minutes trying to figure out what was going on! Then someone came out from a neighboring office telling me that I don't have to wait for Delma anymore because she won't be coming! I was very upset and felt cheated. By this time I had already spent 2 and half hours waiting for her to get to the office from the original time we agreed on! I left. Delma only called me an hour after I left and didn't even apologize or explain why she was absent. She was exceptionally rude. She said she would try to schedule another appointment and would call me when she found a spot for me. Our last conversation was 3 days ago, and of course she has not called back. I am very upset because of her behavior, and will not book an appointment with her again, either way, by the way she acted and talked to me on the phone it would be dangerous for me to go!
