Having the monthly unlimited service leads to poor service. Appiontments pushed to a following day, long wait times and then rushing you out the door.

I had my hair done by Kirsten this evening. The staff were friendly and I felt that they did a good job of helping me pick hairdo that fit what I was looking for. I would recommend this place for anyone who doesn't want to be bothered with doing their own hair. I didn't give it 5 stars because I got an add on scalp treatment that didn't make my scalp feel any different from when I came in.

Never going there again.. Had to go home and finish my hair because the girl couldn't figure it out.. Waste of money

Very friendly staff, clean and stylish studio. Aaron worked wonders turning my curly, frizzy hair into a straight/bob style. I was pleased from welcome, to shampoo, to blow-out.
