Avoid Sheri if you're a guy. She has no experience cutting men's hair. She is lazy, has an attitude when you tell her how you want it, and will mess your head up. Nothing is close to symmetrical. Hair is longer on right side than left in the front. Got to the point where I just let her feel like she was done so I could get out of there before she did more damage.

I normally take my kids here and never had an issue until tonight. Timothy did not seem like he wanted to be there. I got my normal haircut and asked him to clean up the front and line it up. He said that they are not a barber shop and does not do line up. I have never heard of any place that cuts hair that cannot do a line up. I then asked him to just clean up the front, he again said they do not do that and if someone ever did it before he needs to find out who because they are not allowed to do it. It was the worst experience I have ever had at any haircut establishment. Honestly, if you do not want to be there then don’t. Don’t let customers that are paying suffer from it. I usually take my 4 kids here but now i will never return due to this guy. I’ll have to find somewhere else to go.

Online check-in is like cutting in line. I get there and someone just walks in and gets service before i do. Argh!!! I know..i know i should check in online. Cut someone else off, lame.

My wife took our boys here for haircuts, but staff was rude. Took our business elsewhere!

Melody gave me the best cut I've ever had. She actually listened to what I wanted, then gave me exactly what I asked for. She suggested product which I purchased and my hair is shiny and full of body and volume. The salon was very clean and friendly. I did not have to wait long. I highly recommend Melody as a stylist to anyone who wants a really great haircut!
