The times say they open at 8am. I called the day before at set an appointment at 9am. Showed up and the place was closed... on a Thursday. Bad business and unprofessional. I called and he said, "oh ok, I'll get somewhere there." I'm not going back

Wills has been my guy since I've got my hair cut from him on the east side of vegas! He used to have his own booth this guy knows his way around the scissors.

So I've been going with willy to get my haircut for about 5 years now since he was a clip joint on Charleston and lamb. He says he works by appointment only which is true but you'll never be attended at the time he scheduled you. Honestly he's a good barber and a cool dude but ever since he moved to his own shop it's like he overbooks or double books and always seems to be in a hurry. Doesn't really take time to pay attention to detail on cuts anymore. The reason I'm writing this review is because of my most recent experience called on Thursday to schedule for earliest in the morning on Saturday. he scheduled me at 845. I got there at around 830 and the shop was still closed. Willy didn't arrive until 9:03am and there was already 3 people waiting outside including myself. Thinking I was going to be first since he scheduled me 845 which is 15 mins before he opens he calls up another person. I have to be at work by 10 so just walked up and left. Very disappointed and won't be returning. Hope he can be a bit more organized in the future and keep track of his appointments I'll most likely check out Kast Iron Barbershop.
