Great Clips is hit or miss depending on when you go if you don't check in online as well as the person who cuts your hair. You never know what you're going to get based on when you go. What is nice is that they keep your hairstyle attached to your phone number in their database. This time I had a 45 min wait because I refuse to put the app on my phone. Why have an app that I might use once a month taking up space on my phone? I saw people walk away when told about the wait and I've done that in the past. My haircut was good for fade and it was quick. The stylist was nice and tried to make small talk but I appreciated that she gave me a decent cut. All in all, I'll still go to Great Clips when I need a haircut because it is easy and I usually get coupons in the mail so it's also inexpensive.

Friendly staff and it's clean. Can't really beat the prices either. I've used a few different Great Clips over the years, and this one is just as good as the others. They also have a nice selection of hair products too. I used the styling clay and it works great.

Very busy, buts that's a good thing! They are busy because they do a fantastic job, in a timely manner and have great people skills. I have yet to encounter a bad attitude!

Worst place ever! Do not go here. Tanya cut my hair and she was so rude. She continued telling me how ugly and damaged my hair was. She also asked me who cut my hair because the person that cut it does not know how to cut hair. I told her the only place I have gotten my hair cut was there at Great clips. She also lied to me and told me to buy a hair product with them because they only sell it at great clips and I found this same product half off at Ulta!
