If I could post a picture I would. I went to "The Loft, a studio for hair and body" to get my hair blow dried and straightened and I was very disappointed with what I got and how I was treated . My hair was done by the only male hair stylist in the salon and it looked like he didn't even touch my hair with a straightener it just looked blow dried and I was charged $65. I said I did not like the job that was done and if I could have not a full refund but $20 and I was told by the male stylist that "you are just a walk in I will never see you again". I was very insulted because nothing was done about the poor job this man had done to my hair. He insulted my hair many times because I am mixed and have curly but her manageable hair. I didn't think it would be such a difficult task to just straighten my hair for the fact that I could easily do a great job myself, I just didn't feel like it and thought that I would treat myself for once. What really gets me is that I asked him before hand if he could even do my hair and he said yes! I wanted $20 back for the fact I would have to waste time and even more money just to go to another shop for someone to fix my hair which was a Dominican one . The Dominican shop I went to did an amazing job . Like I said I wish I could post pictures because there is a big difference in how I left the loft studio and how I left the Dominican hair salon.

An amazing experience with Jillian Moreno! I absolutely love what she did with my hair. Gorgeous highlights - all my family and friends love it, espeically my hubby!! Jillian spent 3 hours on me - giving me a hairstyle to remember! She was courteous, very professional and most of all very attentive. She made me feel very comfortable and I am so glad I let her decide on the colour of my highlights - I just cant stop admiring my hair! Jillian Moreno is one of the best hair stylists I have ever met, I'm going to stick with her going forward! Thanks Jillian for making my day!! :))

I sent you my over worked wife as she really needed a break and vacation time is still 4 month's away. I made her come as she said lets not waist the money. You sent me back a new, happy, cheerful wife. That night I took her to dinner. We do dinner once a week. This is normal for us. We haven't tore up the bedroom in 10 years. We did that night. Loft get your book's open for a booking every month. This keeps up I am going to send her weekly.

I am a guy writing a review about a Spa / salon. Not my normal thing to do except this is how I made my wife soooooooo Happy. I booked a full package for her Birthday. What a great thing they did for my wife as she came back a new woman. The Loft made everything Great at home as it made her feel so much better about herself.

Terrible experience with Jillian Moreno! I felt uncomfortable every second of the appointment. Her attitude made me feel like I was not a valued costumer. I honestly felt harassed the entire haircut. I have gotten my hair cut by lots of different personalities, but I have never experienced someone as rude as Jillian! I left very unsatisfied. What a rude and demeaning hair stylist.
