Best salon experience I have ever had, super accommodating as i made the appointment that morning and was bale to be seen same day. You get tea, coffee, or water as soon as you come in. I made an appointment to get my eyebrows shaped and a facial. I highly recommend Rosalia, she did magic with my eyebrows..they have never looked better. She made sure they are symmetrical and nicely arched and gave me an amazing facial and all while making me super comfortable. Try this place, you will not be disappointed!!

Called, described & sent a photo of what I wanted done & asked over and over to make sure the stylist could do the look I wanted... after reassuring me she could over and over I walked out more than disappointed. Spent a good amount of $$$ to be upset on my prom day. Sucks. She was kind but could not deliver what was promised.

I don't usually write reviews. But my experience has been so bad here, bad haircut, it got worst when my hair grew back. Wasted $$$. Staff was nice, but couldn't deliver.

I have been going to Lorraine's for a couple of years now, and I love it! The salon is always clean and decorated nicely. A very welcoming atmosphere. The stylists and receptionists are always pleasant on the phone and willing to help. My stylist is Jennifer Geoghan. She has helped me with an evolution of hair styles. I have curly hair and she somehow knows exactly how to care for it and to cut it. I am pretty nervous to take risks in general, but she helped me take baby steps to changing up my style, never pushing me too far though. For my engagement pictures in the summer I also had my make up done. I can honestly say that when I looked in the mirror I started to cry because I had never felt more beautiful. I love this place and would highly recommend to anyone!
