Was skeptical going here due to other reviews, BUT, I must say Hermina IS AMAZING. I do not trust anyone with my hair especially with cutting. My hair hasn't felt this soft in years!! I would definitely go back for her. A little on the pricey side, a slight few can use attitude adjustments but otherwise I like the atmosphere.

They are too notch customer service u fortunately they do not have much e per out ence with Dominican hair so the bl8w out wSnt that good. I can't complaint about anything else the girl tried her best

I had use a Groupon there for the first time. My stylist Hermina was so nice, felt like I knew her for years. She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered. The place was so classy, professional and well organized. Overall I was very pleased. Did a great job! Highly recommend!

I went under groupon. Really i get better care where i normally go. I was very disappointed. High price. Person washing the hair didn't massage the scalp and haircutter I got a trim but was expecting a shaping. Next month back to my regular stylist. Pilot Arts is upscale but really I prefer upscale treatment not just in decor. People there appear snooty
