Takes alot for me to be happy with my haircut. Luckily found Carina who understands the way my hair behaves and how to tame it! Joined the executive membership, been going for a few months. The complimentary clean up is a good way to keep your style neat in between cuts.

This salon is great! I felt like royalty as soon as I stepped in through the doors. The staff greeted me with smiles and complimentary breverages. Carina is awesome and great at what she does.

I bought a 2 for 1 special online for 18 8 thinking, "why not". I got the first haircut and the whole experience was pretty poor. The girl who cut my hair complained to me about the salon the entire time and told me she wants to leave, but hadn't found another shop yet. On top of this bad conversation, I got probably the worst haircut I have gotten in over 10 years. Not going back for the second haircut.

After getting my first haircut from 18|8 Jersey City, I have made it a point to only come here - mostly because of the entire experience. You pay a premium to the traditional barbershop, but the quality and consistency you get is levels above. From the hot towels, to the neck/shoulder massage, and of course to the haircut itself. You get the sense that each appointment is customized to meet the needs of you, the client. The stylists and staff are clearly aligned on the end goal of helping you walk out feeling like a Very Important Person. I'd say that is money well spent every time.

Love this place. The staff and the atmosphere is a perfect combination for a pleasant experience (as well as free beer!). I have gotten my haircut by a few of the stylist and they have all done a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this salon to men who are looking for a high quality haircut that you will not get anywhere else. On top of the great haircuts, they also offer a plethora of top shelf products and other grooming services. Thank you 18/8 staff for the wonderful service!
