Quick service if you are desperate, or in a rush, but itâ€™s certainly not worth the expense. Itâ€™s a no frills service at regular salon prices. Went for a wash a blow because I had surgery on my arm and couldnâ€™t wash it myself. It was as if the beautician didnâ€™t want to really wash my hair; she barely used that much shampoo and hardly washed my scalp and hair, especially in the back where I asked her too. She was quick to get it over with, and then seemed to be in a rush to blow it dry by using a really hot dryer. The whole time I was there I felt like I was in her way, as she kept talking to the beautician and client next to me about what hair color they should use. This place is very unprofessional and, again, so not worth the price. Iâ€™ll go to a real salon with a higher skilled beautician next time I need a service like this.

Unfortunately new staff. I let my layers grow in for several months. Told this unprofessional, cut one inch off bottom, do not cut sides as I want to ultimately have a "bob". She cut, cut and cut all layers and took almost 2 inches of left side but now my hair is totally uneven and as short as it was several months ago. Church member asked if my granddaughter cut my hair. Stay away from this scissor happy place. Jaz please come back!!!!

Solid haircut, nice stylist. However, the "hot towel" at the end of the service smelled like mildew, which was a turnoff. I would go back, but the price point is comparable to a barber shop and I rather go there.

Under New Management! Staff is very knowledgeable and talented!! They actually listened to what I wanted done for my son's haircut! Would recommend giving them a try!

Complete nightmare! Don't expect: A hello or any type of greeting! To be checked in like every other Supercuts Do expect: To sit and wait until they're good and ready and tired of you sitting there. I walked in and was told after standing at the counter for 5 min to have a seat as if I was an annoyance... After watching 2 stylists finish with their customers and collect payment and tip I STILL was not greeted... Instead they walked straight away from the register to the back or to their station hoping the other stylist would take me. (FYI There were no more customers and it was 1pm on a weekday) AND NO I did not need any special hair cut.. a simple trim was all I needed no major work involved. Obviously I walked out. It was plain to see that they feel a customer is an interruption of they're work, not the purpose of it. They have no customer training and are absolutely in the wrong business. Do yourself a favor and stay away!! Try the SuperCuts in Bayonne.. That location is run professionally and courteously.
