Literally if I can give them a 0 I would !!! I got 2 braids and theyâ€™re un even nor did it last me ONE day. I called and told them, they said that I should have came back the next day to get it done but I had work like every other normal person. She then proceeds to tell me she cannot do anything about it then and hangs up on me. NOBODY should go to this place. I even called back and said you donâ€™t care about your customer service? She said no and hung up again. HORRIBLE !

I was suppose to get me hair done somewhere else and decided to give this place a try because it was closer. What a huge mistake. Where do I begin. Both their work and the environment is beyond horrible. I went to use the bathroom they were out of toilet tissue with no replacement in sight. Had to use it in the dark because the light donâ€™t work. They were not willing to keep the heat on so I sat in the cold for 6 hours getting micro braids. The hair was not included so I had to spend &50 for braiding hair and pay them $140 for doing my hair even though their flyer clearly states micros starting at $80. I must have two heads to be charged double the starting price. Not to mention I had my hair shampooed and the water didnâ€™t work either. They filled a jug of water to wash my hair with. Iâ€™m sure the soap is not all out. Lastly, one of the two that did my hair clearly had no experience doing micro braids. She started in the back with braids so big and ran out of hair. The hair I bought was burgundy and straight. I had to have it finished with black and curly hair they found lying around. Boy is this place a huge mistake. I should have left a long time ago. Never again. Donâ€™t waste your money. The owner is no where to be found and most likely already know the poor quality of braiders and slum conditions her shop is in. Meanwhile they are charging more than other African hair braiding in their area.

I wish I could give less stars. Went to the shop and showed them a picture of what I wanted. The owner sent me to her other shop to get it done. I originally wanted five braids with four thin ones. but ended up with twelve. My braids looked nothing like the picture. The stylist was very nice, but I think that was because she didnâ€™t know what she was doing. I look like a damn light bulb! I will not be back there....unacceptable!

If I could give a zero I would.......Rude...... Irresponsible always has an emergency, canâ€™t keep her word. Box braids came out the day after getting them done..... Shop has a policy that if there is an issue with the job within 7 days they will fix it with no charge, only to try to charge the customer afterwards. She needs to close the shop if she is never there to start with.

Gladys Can not braid do not go to her and the owner is taking forever to redo my hair. When the owner finally did my hair she was very rude screaming at me. These braiding shops needs customer service training and sanitary training. I would never go back ever.
