Painful hair managing, I was afraid they'd break it with how rough they were, and they did not understand what I wanted even though they pretended to know exactly. I don't understand how from me saying I wanted a pink ombre they bleached my hair once and told me it was light enough for me to put the color on at home, almost $100 for bleaching my dark brown hair once into a dark blonde color (half, not all of my hair) which is obviously not light enough if you want pastel pink. They could have at least told me, like professionals, that I needed to come again to make it lighter, and then make it pink.

Been going there since I was 11 years old! They never disappoint! I’m 19 now and I recently went with a hair disaster but my lady fixed it!!! Highly recommend.

This place was recommended to me by my cousin staff is really nice and I got helped fairly quickly. The guy working here has a good hand my hair is growing back fast.
