Absolutely love the beauticians here! I have been twice now for a spiral perm, most recently right before my wedding, and they have done a phenomenal job with unbeatable prices. For the most recent perm right before my wedding, I wound up doing my own hair for the ceremony because the spiral perm was so good I was able to just pull it back into loose half up braids for a very beautiful wedding look! (Sorry I don’t have the really good pics back yet) Everyone was so impressed with their work, but most of all my MIL who made sure to come and get her hair done (colored and trimmed I think) and she dragged along my new hubby for a touch up too. All before the big day. Appointments are easy and quick to schedule and they are great company while getting you beauty restored! ;) I will continue to use these ladies as long as I’m still digging the spiral perm! Or any kind of hair care for that matter.

Needed a place in Buffalo to get a decent haircut that was affordable (I usually get my hair done in Queens, NY)... and they did a fabulous job and I only paid 15 (which is unheard of for women's haircuts)! Its also even cheaper on Tuesdays (9.95).

After all of the positive reviews I was surprised at how rude my hairdresser was regarding my simple request for suggestions/doing whatever she would like to my hair since I'm probably shaving it. I've never wanted to run out of a hair cut or felt so uncomfortable, when I was so laid back. Very disappointed with what was supposed to be a cool, special, relaxing experience. Won't recommend the stylist at least.

Must all be friends and family members leaving comments my wife went there has only been a week and now all hair color has washed out of her hair left right back to where she started and all they could tell her is there's nothing they can do when they talked her into a different color than she wanted origionally ,so that it would last longer and it was gone after the 1st washing... No offer for discount to do something else only offered to put the color in again that didn't work the first time...just bad business, I wouldn't treat or blow off my customers that way

Absolutely amazing today was my 1st time ever going there & it's been years since ever going to a salon. The young girl there forgot to ask her name believe it was denise. She was so amazing made me feel so welcomed & cut, washed, & blowed dryed my hair I looked completely different after & felt amazing. Will definitely become a regular.
