Just saw that I can rate this business! 5 stars for sure! Very friendly staff, always looks clean, reasonable prices, and Amanda is my hairdresser and always will be! Excellent work with all that she does! I have watched all the other hairdressers there and they do very good work too!

I'm sorry...after 6 years of having my hair cut at Giovanni's...NEVER AGAIN !!! I have short hair...when I arrived at 6:45pm for a hair cut, I expected the usual friendly treatment, a wash & cut. That did not happen. The girl that cut my hair was in a MAJOR hurry...she did NOT ask me if I wanted my hair washed and began to BUTCHER my head with a electric trimmer !!! During my hair cut...she was making embarrassing open comments about a skin condition I have on my scalp and she had the audacity to ask if I wanted a MOHAWK !!! ...LOUDLY...so all the other customer's and co-workers could hear. She CRUCIFIED MY HAIR !!! After returning home...I washed my hair and tried to fix it the way I normally wear it. It was worse than when when I left the Salon. I was pretty upset. I called the Salon back, very upset...the Grand Daughter of the owner works the front desk...I asked to speak with the OWNER. She informed me that SHE was the Grand Daughter...and that SHE would personally pass on my complaint to her Grandfather. I never received a call back. So, I called back this morning to see if there was anything they could do to fix it...maybe trim it more to try and blend it better or simply give me a refund. Same gal...HUNG UP ON ME !!! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN...EVER !!! And furthermore, I am on a mission...ALL my friends will be aware of this awful treatment.

Giovanni Hair Salon has Great Customer Service, The Staff is friendly,Professional. There prices are great as well. will be a repeat customer. Thank you Giovanni's for the great service you gave to My Daughter's. They Love It.
