Lisa got great reviews so I booked with her a few months ago expecting a great cut. She was very busy but took my appointment anyway. I showed her a picture of the long style I liked and she misinterpreted it as a long bob. My past shoulder length hair is now just below my shoulders and I hate it. I look older and feel much less secure. Will never go back. Please Lisa do not overbook, you made a mistake and I have been feeling sad about my hair for months.

had a very nice experience w Lisa. she was teaching me how to blow dry my hair so it'd seem less frizzy...no stylist ever bothered to teach me.... the place is close to where i live...so i'd be going back.

I get my hair cut by Lisa and I'm pleased every time. Not only does she take the time to discuss the cut and style, but she's a great person to chat with as well! I have always left very happy with how my hair turned out and I have referred several friends here.

My husband and I get our hair done together ( /giggle). Tomoko does his hair and Nao does mine. I normally never know what I want done with my hair and I have to say Nao is very patient and takes the time to discuss the cut prior to starting despite constant suggestions from my husband (yes, he likes to be involved hehe). We love coming to their cute 92nd St. salon and we've been having our hair cut and blow dried there for the past 4 years. Everyone is very friendly we have always been happy with the results and love the extra little shoulder massage we get after the shampoo.
