I love this salon i have been coming to this salon since i was a child. I am never disappointed. The service is great and the wait is not long.

talented but cheap will jip you and tell u ur hair is gorgeous when it looks like a rats nest. just care about doing things to get money out of you. its like paying for a meal and only getting an appetizer. good manager took complaint and tried to correct but colorists is dishonest out to rip u off only

Just watched one of your hairdressers treat a customer poorly. The hairdresser had the audacity to tell this customer "No" when she made requests, and snapped at her when she touched her hair. This is unacceptable behavior. When management was told of the events, customer was completely disregarded. She was dismissed without any recognition by a woman who claimed to be management. This customer left upset and truly nervous. The style was not what was requested, and no one was willing to take feedback. Poor service, uncomfortable experience. Absolutely disgusted with their attitudes.

I walked in on a Sunday afternoon expecting to wait - didn't have to wait a second. Had Violet as my hairdresser - a lovely woman who gave me an excellent cut and listened carefully to what I wanted. I think all anyone wants in a salon are nice people, a good cut, no pressure, and no waiting. This is the place. Only $25 for the wash & cut too - exceptionally good prices for the UES.
