I WILL NEVER RETURN HERE. I came in for a single process - going from very light brown to dark brown. As you can see, the hairstylist only colored my hair partially - there is a large swath in the middle of light hair across the whole head that is not dyed! Even worse, she didn't tell me that this is what my hair looked like in the back and I forgot to ask to see the back!!!
She also dried my hair when she was finished and I thought this was part of the single process charge, only to be charged an EXTRA $40 for the blow dry. As soon as I walked out of the studio my daughter saw my horrible hair, so I came back the next morning to the studio and complained. Laura (the owner) wasn't there, but Tracie looked at my hair and agreed with me and took another picture (it looks worse on the side) but told me that she'd have to have Laura call me back. Two days went by and I heard NOTHING. I called again and asked to speak with Laura, who would NOT get on the phone with me!
She told Jamie to tell me that "they can't give refunds" but if I come back in, they'll try and fix it. She also said they won't refund the $40 charged to dry my hair because it says on their website that a blowout is $40, even though the stylist never mentioned it and never asked if I wanted one, just started drying it, leaving me to think it was part of the process. Laura passed on through her assistant that I need to take into account that this was an EMERGING STYLIST - ie, cheaper than "senior stylists"...in other words, I should expect mistakes and then pay for them myself??? DON'T GO HERE FOR COLOR!!!
