When I came into the hair salon and showed the picture of the haircut that I wanted they did the opposite of what I wanted so in other words instead of having my hair cut medium they cut it to my shoulders. In addition the cut was done poorly, such as the shape, and layer. She didnâ€™t take any care cutting my hair. It was butchered! To add on the hair stylist seemed that she did not know what to do. She couldnâ€™t tell shampoo from conditioner and had to ask someone. Very disappointed ðŸ˜¢â˜¹ï¸

I went to get my hair died lighter my hair was black. I had did a box color and only my roots took color from new growth. The lady was super nice but service was horrible!!! I thought she knew what she was doin but she literally fried the middle of my hair with some machine she used. So it can "process faster" I had to end up cutting my hair short and I still have fried hair. Like I'm really sad! I wish I could get my money back!!!

i've been coming here ever since i stumbled upon it over five years ago, at their old location up the street. the stylists are always really nice and personable, and you can't beat the walk-in special for price/quality.
