This is the worst hair salon in Bayside. I went here months ago and they messed up my hair. thank god my hair is growing again. The light skinned women cut my hair for 35 minutes shes very unprofessional. Everyone there is unprofessional. If you have nice hair dont go here they would mess you up. This place has 4.4 stars because there family members put the ratings. RUDE PEOPLE TOO. dont fall for there kindness.

Phenomenal. Great experience all around. I was very hesitant in the beginning because this was my first time at the salon and I was there to color my hair and get highlights in addition to a hair cut. Ebee is the color master no doubt. She was very attentive and understanding of exactly what I wanted and I worked with her suggestions as well. My color came out amazing, my husband loved it and so did I. the hair cut and new side bangs were on point :) professional clean friendly establishment. Wish I had tried it out sooner. I will definitely be a regular.

I was optimistic given the high ratings of this place. Unfortunately was quite a bad experience. I had a haircut with Ebee. I showed her pictures of myself with a shorter hair style that I wanted to go back to (my hair was longer at this point) and what I got was MUCH shorter and a completely different style. She was very unprofessional, she took a call from her mother while doing my hair and continued cutting my hair while talking to her mom about a weekend barbecue, also stopped to talk to another customer who came in about their new car. She didn't communicate what she was doing with my hair as she did it so it was too short before I could even say anything. When I told her it wasn't the style I wanted she said the style I wanted was impossible with my hair (even though I just showed her a picture of myself with the hair style!). And she kept combing my hair like my ear wasn't even there. I still have red marks from her comb on my ears. No concern for my comfort or the style I wanted. I'm very disappointed with the results. Only thing I can do is wait for it to grow out and go somewhere else. Maybe the other stylists are better but I would not go back and definitely not to Ebee.

I've been a customer for years. Thank God I've found a professional barber/stylist who can consistently give me exactly what I want. Plus it's great to be able to support a locally owned small business, especially when the service they provide is excellent every single time!
