The receptionist there is honestly so rude. The only reason i go to this hair salon is because of Danielle. Danielle is an amazing hair dresser and i always go to her for my hair cuts and blow outs. I once booked a appointment for hair cut & blow out. When the day came, i was getting my hair done with danielle and while i was there, there were 2 other people waiting for danielle as well. The receptionist lady runs up to me and starts screaming at me because i apparently told her over the phone that i only wanted a blow out, and its my fault why all of these bookings are messed up. In front of everyone this elderly lady started calling me crazy and blaming it on me. She obviously didnt hear me over the phone, after i specifically said i wanted a haircut and blowout. Why would i say over the phone i only need a blowout, when i need a haircut as well? That lady should not be working there because she does not know how to treat cutomers, and also the workers there. I am obviously still coming back her because of danielle. Arent the customers always right? You should never be speaking to a client like that, especially in front of a crowd. I also forgot to mention, she went up to the other clients that were waiting for danielle, and started pointing her finger at me saying "its that girl sitting right theres fault. she messed up all these appointments." i was literally sitting 2 feet away.
