I asked for my hair to be blown out straight. Stylist curled the ends - which appeared straight but within hours, big curls turned into freezy mess. I returned and asked for them to fix the ends but they said I would have to pay again. Totally unacceptable. Will not go to that location again. Lesson learned - insist on what you want, donâ€™t settle for what they say â€œlooks niceâ€.

Came in after a red eye flight, having booked a blowout and add-on for the 10 minute head massage, thinking this was the best option when you canâ€™t yet get into your hotel but youâ€™d love a little quick pampering. It was quick, yes. There was no pamper. I had to ask to have my wet raincoat hung up, I didnâ€™t get the head massage Iâ€™d booked and had to ask twice to have it removed from my bill as a result. It wasnâ€™t crazy busy, and maybe this was just an off day, but itâ€™s kind of a real bummer to see this place slip from being a special oasis of treats to an assembly line of who cares.

I love how the stylist Jeneek did my hair but the Drybar products is NOT for African American hair!!!!! The products used there dried my hair and scalp terribly. The styling receives a 10 but the products used receives a 1 from me!
