This place is a chain that doesn't take appointments, but you can sign up online for a same-day haircut. I waited 40 minutes for mine. The cuts are competent but basic, so if you want anything fancy, go someplace else.

Called the day before about services.. come to find out next morning that they do not curl hair or have bobby pins. What Salon doesn’t have a curling iron! That should be a crime!! The stylist bad mouthed the company and said they don’t give them supplies. Stylist the night before confirmed services.. bad business would not recommend them. I only go there for Rachel!

Went in to get a haircut. Was told there'd be no wait. I sat down and 25 minutes later was still waiting. Hair stylists ignored me and didn't even bother acknowledging the wait. I ended up leaving and walked two blocks down to Hoboken Barbershop on 6th and got a haircut immediately. If you are a man, I'd recommend that place over Supercuts. Much better experience.
